Signature Safari

Your safari begins with an early morning pick-up from Kampala or Entebbe before travelling north to Murchison Falls National Park. Along the way, make a stop at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for an optional rhino tracking experience, offering the chance to observe southern white rhinos on foot under the guidance of experienced rangers. Continue to the park, enjoying scenic countryside views and lunch en route. Upon arrival, visit the spectacular Top of Murchison Falls, where the Nile River forces its way through a narrow seven-metre gorge before plunging into the Devil's Cauldron. The dramatic scenery provides outstanding photography opportunities and an introduction to Uganda's most powerful waterfall. Later, transfer to your lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

After breakfast, depart Murchison Falls National Park and begin your scenic journey to Kibale National Park, travelling through western Uganda's rolling hills, tea plantations, traditional villages, and fertile farmlands. Enjoy a lunch stop en route before arriving in the Fort Portal area during the afternoon. After checking in at your lodge and taking a short break, head to the nearby Bigodi Wetland Sanctuary for a guided nature walk. This community-managed wetland is renowned for its exceptional biodiversity, hosting several monkey species, colorful butterflies, reptiles, and over 200 bird species, including the striking Great Blue Turaco. The walk also provides insight into local conservation efforts and community-based tourism initiatives. Return to your lodge in the evening for dinner and an overnight stay as you prepare for the following day's chimpanzee trekking adventure.

Rise early for a morning game drive across the Kasenyi Plains of Queen Elizabeth National Park, one of Uganda's premier wildlife viewing areas. Search for lions, elephants, buffaloes, Uganda kobs, waterbucks, warthogs, hyenas, and numerous bird species as the cool morning temperatures provide ideal wildlife viewing conditions. After breakfast or brunch at the lodge, relax before heading to the famous Kazinga Channel for an afternoon boat cruise. This natural waterway connecting Lake Edward and Lake George is renowned for its large concentrations of hippos, crocodiles, elephants, buffaloes, and abundant birdlife. The cruise offers excellent photography opportunities and close wildlife encounters before returning to the lodge for dinner and a comfortable overnight stay.
