Day01
Day 1: Transfer to Kibale National Park and Bigodi Community Visit
Your adventure begins with an early morning pick-up from Kampala or Entebbe, followed by a scenic drive westwards to Kibale National Park. The journey takes you through Uganda’s beautiful countryside, passing rolling hills, traditional villages, farmlands, and vibrant trading Centres. Enjoy lunch en route before continuing to the Fort Portal area, known for its crater lakes and breathtaking scenery. Upon arrival, visit the Bigodi Community and Wetland Sanctuary, a community-based tourism initiative located near Kibale Forest. Enjoy a guided walk through the village and wetland while learning about local traditions, conservation efforts, and community livelihoods. The experience offers opportunities to see primates, birds, butterflies, and unique plant species. Later, check in at your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day02
Day 2: Chimpanzee Tracking and Transfer to Rwenzori Mountains National Park
After breakfast, proceed to Kibale National Park headquarters for a briefing before beginning your chimpanzee tracking experience. Accompanied by experienced Uganda Wildlife Authority rangers, enter the tropical rainforest in search of habituated chimpanzee communities. Along the way, encounter other primates, colorful birds, butterflies, and diverse forest vegetation while learning about the ecosystem from your guide. After the trek, return to the lodge for lunch before departing towards Rwenzori Mountains National Park, also known as the Mountains of the Moon. Day 3: Kazingo Trail Hike

Day05
Day 5: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park and Kazinga Channel Boat Cruise
After breakfast, depart Rwenzori Mountains National Park and continue your journey to Queen Elizabeth National Park, one of Uganda’s most famous wildlife destinations. The drive offers spectacular views of the Rwenzori Mountain ranges, rolling landscapes, and rural communities before arriving at the park. Check in at your lodge and enjoy lunch before heading out for an afternoon boat cruise along the Kazinga Channel. This natural waterway connecting Lake Edward and Lake George is famous for its abundant wildlife and birdlife. During the cruise, expect close sightings of hippos, Nile crocodiles, elephants, buffaloes, and numerous water bird species along the shores. The relaxing boat experience provides excellent photography opportunities before returning to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day06
Day 6: Morning Game Drive and Transfer to Kampala via Kikorongo Equator
Begin your final day with an early morning game drive through Queen Elizabeth National Park’s Kasenyi Plains, one of the best areas for wildlife viewing. Search for lions, elephants, buffaloes, Uganda kobs, warthogs, waterbucks, and other savannah species while enjoying the beautiful morning scenery. Your guide will help interpret wildlife behavior and share insights about the park’s ecosystem. After the game drive, begin your journey back to Kampala through western Uganda’s scenic countryside. Along the way, make a stop at the Kikorongo Equator Monument for photography, and learning about the significance of the Equator line. Continue with lunch en route before arriving in Kampala or Entebbe in the evening, marking the end of your unforgettable Uganda Primates, Mountains, and Wildlife Adventure.
