Day01
Day 1: Arrival in Arusha
Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport or Arusha Airport, you will be welcomed by your safari driver-guide and transferred to your hotel in Arusha. Depending on your arrival time, you can relax at the hotel or explore the town at your leisure. Arusha is a popular gateway to Tanzania’s northern safari destinations. Enjoy your evening at the hotel as you prepare for your wildlife adventure the following day.

Day02
Day 2: Arusha to Tarangire National Park
After breakfast, depart Arusha and drive to Tarangire National Park with a packed lunch. The park is famous for its large elephant herds, ancient baobab trees, and diverse wildlife. Enjoy a game drive through the park, looking out for elephants, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, lions, and various bird species. The Tarangire River attracts wildlife, particularly during the dry season, offering excellent opportunities for animal sightings and photography. Enjoy your packed lunch during the safari before continuing your exploration of the park. After the game drive, proceed to your accommodation for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day03
Day 3:Ngorongoro Crater to Serengeti National Park
After breakfast, depart from the Ngorongoro area and drive toward Serengeti National Park with a packed lunch. Enjoy the scenic journey through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, taking in the beautiful landscapes along the way. Upon entering the Serengeti, begin your game drive across its vast open plains, famous for their abundant wildlife and the Great Wildebeest Migration. Look out for lions, elephants, cheetahs, giraffes, zebras and other wildlife. Stop for your packed lunch during the journey before continuing with wildlife viewing. Later, proceed to your accommodation in the Serengeti for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 4: Serengeti National Park to Karatu
After breakfast, enjoy a morning game drive in Serengeti National Park, offering another opportunity to explore the plains and spot wildlife in its natural habitat. Watch for predators such as lions and cheetahs, as well as herds of wildebeests, zebras, and gazelles. After the game drive, begin your journey toward Karatu, passing through the scenic landscapes of the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Enjoy the changing scenery along the way as you leave the Serengeti behind. Arrive in Karatu later in the day and check in at your accommodation for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 5: Lake Manyara National Park to Arusha
After breakfast, visit Lake Manyara National Park for a game drive before returning to Arusha. The park features groundwater forests, open grasslands, and the beautiful Lake Manyara. During your game drive, look out for elephants, baboons, giraffes, hippos and a variety of bird species. The park is also known for its tree-climbing lions, although sightings are not guaranteed. Enjoy your packed lunch during the safari before departing for Arusha. Upon arrival, your 5-day Tanzania wildlife safari comes to an end.
