Day 2: Chimpanzee Trekking and Bigodi Swamp Walk

The trek can take several hours depending on the gorillas’ location, but once found, you spend one hour observing their interactions. After the trek, you return to the lodge for lunch and later transfer to Lake Bunyonyi. Day 5: Return to Kampala, Entebbe or Kigali

On the final day, you depart Lake Bunyonyi after breakfast and begin the drive back. Depending on your preference, you can return to Kampala, Entebbe, or cross into Kigali, Rwanda. The route passes through countryside and small towns, offering glimpses of daily life. A key stop is at the Equator line, where you can take photos and buy souvenirs. Lunch is enjoyed en route before continuing to your final destination. This day concludes the safari, combining chimpanzee trekking, gorilla trekking, and tree-climbing lions with cultural and scenic highlights.
