Day01
Day 1: Arrival at Entebbe and Transfer to Mgahinga National Park
On arrival at Entebbe International Airport, you are welcomed by your guide and start the drive toward southwestern Uganda. The trip takes about nine to ten hours, with stops for lunch and short breaks along the way. The route passes through towns, farmland, and rolling hills, giving you a view of Uganda’s countryside. Your guide ensures you reach Mgahinga National Park by evening, where you check into your lodge near the park. Dinner is served, and you rest to prepare for the gorilla trekking adventure the next day. Day 2: Gorilla Trekking with Batwa and Proceed to Lake Bunyonyi

Trekking can take two to six hours depending on the gorilla family’s location. Once found, you spend one hour observing them, watching their behavior and interactions. Day 3: Explore Lake Bunyonyi and Proceed for Airport Drop-off

The lake is safe for swimming and offers a peaceful environment to relax after trekking. Your guide ensures you have enough time to enjoy the lake before starting the drive back to Entebbe. The return trip takes several hours, with a stop at the Equator for photos and souvenirs. Depending on your flight schedule, you are dropped off at Entebbe International Airport for departure. This marks the end of the safari, combining gorilla trekking, cultural interaction, and lake relaxation in just three days.
