After breakfast, depart Kampala or Entebbe and drive to Lake Mburo National Park, Uganda's smallest savannah national park. Travel through central Uganda with a stop at the Equator for photography and refreshments before continuing to the park. Arrive in time for lunch at your lodge before heading out for an afternoon boat cruise on Lake Mburo. The cruise offers opportunities to observe hippos, crocodiles, buffaloes, waterbucks, and a variety of bird species along the lakeshores. As you explore the calm waters, enjoy views of the surrounding acacia woodlands and rolling hills. Return to the lodge in the evening for dinner and an overnight stay while preparing for the following day's wildlife activities.

Begin the day with an early morning game drive through Lake Mburo National Park. Search for zebras, giraffes, impalas, elands, buffaloes, topis, warthogs, and numerous bird species as your guide explains the park's ecosystems and wildlife. After the game drive, return to the lodge for breakfast, check out, and begin the journey to Queen Elizabeth National Park. Drive through western Uganda's scenic countryside, passing rural communities, farmland, tea plantations, and views of the Rift Valley landscapes. Stop for lunch en route before continuing to the park. Upon arrival, check in at your lodge and relax for the evening. Day 3: Morning Game Drive and Kazinga Channel Boat Cruise

Rise early for a morning game drive across the Kasenyi Plains in Queen Elizabeth National Park. The drive provides opportunities to observe elephants, buffaloes, Uganda kobs, waterbucks, lions, hyenas, and, with some luck, leopards before they retreat from the open plains. Return to the lodge for breakfast and a short break before heading to the Kazinga Channel for an afternoon boat cruise. The channel connects Lake Edward and Lake George and supports large concentrations of hippos, Nile crocodiles, elephants, buffaloes, and water birds along its shores. The cruise also provides excellent opportunities for photography and wildlife observation. Return to the lodge in the evening for dinner and your overnight stay.

Upon arrival, proceed to the top of Murchison Falls for a guided hike and visit to the viewpoints overlooking the narrow gorge where the Victoria Nile forces its way through before plunging downstream. Return to the lodge for lunch before heading to Paraa for an afternoon boat cruise along the Victoria Nile to the base of Murchison Falls. Along the river, observe hippos, Nile crocodiles, elephants, buffaloes, and a wide range of bird species that inhabit the riverbanks. Return to the lodge in the late afternoon for dinner and an overnight stay.

After breakfast, check out and begin the journey to Kidepo Valley National Park in northeastern Uganda. Travel through changing landscapes that include woodlands, open plains, and local communities before arriving at the park in the afternoon. Check in at your lodge and relax before heading out for a guided night game drive. This activity offers opportunities to search for nocturnal wildlife such as hyenas, civets, genets, porcupines, and, with some luck, lions or leopards beginning their evening activities. Spend the day exploring Kidepo Valley National Park on an extended game drive with a packed lunch. Visit the Narus Valley and other wildlife-rich areas where elephants, buffaloes, zebras, giraffes, elands, Jackson's hartebeests, ostriches, and numerous antelope species are commonly seen. Your guide will make regular stops for wildlife viewing, photography, and interpretation of the park's habitats and conservation efforts. Upon arrival, check in at your lodge and spend the remainder of the afternoon relaxing while enjoying views of the surrounding hills, coffee farms, and waterfalls. Day 10: Visit Sipi Falls

After breakfast, enjoy a guided excursion to Sipi Falls, a series of three waterfalls located on the slopes of Mount Elgon. Walk along established trails connecting the different waterfalls while your guide explains the area's geography, local communities, and coffee-growing traditions. Along the way, enjoy panoramic views of the surrounding valleys, cliffs, and cultivated hillsides. The walk provides opportunities for photography and birdwatching while exploring one of eastern Uganda's scenic destinations. After the excursion, return to the lodge for lunch and spend the afternoon relaxing or exploring the surrounding area at your own pace. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the lodge.

Day 11: Transfer Back to Kampala
Day11

Day 11: Transfer Back to Kampala

Following breakfast, check out of the lodge and begin the return journey to Kampala or Entebbe. Travel through eastern Uganda's towns, coffee growing areas, and rural communities, with scheduled stops for refreshments and lunch along the way. As you continue toward central Uganda, enjoy changing views of farmland, forests, and trading centers before arriving in Kampala or Entebbe in the late afternoon or evening. Your driver-guide will drop you off at your preferred hotel or Entebbe International Airport, depending on your onward travel arrangements, marking the end of your 11-day Uganda safari.
